The Structure

From the pre-construction designs, The Atrium II will be the tower lying to the east of The Atrium lobby. The eleven-story condominium structure contains 96 residences and centers around another open-glass atrium that stretches from the tower lobby to the top floor. Within this atrium residents will enjoy pleasant views of the ground floor’s central garden as they travel up to their boutique-style residence in one of three glass-enclosed elevators.

The View
