The Structure
According to pre-construction development plans, The Parc at Turnberry Isle will be a contemporary, two-tower structure around a central lobby area. The bold lines of the architecture are complimented by a sophisticated whitewash and glass façade, and each of the 22-story towers will house only 55 condos to reduce noise and maximize privacy.
The central lobby, designed by the internationally renowned Diane Joyce Interiors, features controlled computer access, and a closed-circuit security system monitored from the concierge/security desk will maintain residents peace and privacy at all times. In addition to these services, The Parc on-site building management team will respond quickly to any concerns, and valet attendants will be on-hand in the lobby 24 hours a day.
The Views
The Parc at Turnberry Isle will feature waterfront views to the west of Florida’s stunning Intracoastal Waterway, as well as western horizon views of the Atlantic Ocean across a small strip of Golden Beach and Sunny Isles. To the east, The Parc will look over the Turnberry Isle Marina towards the 18th fairway of the Robert Trent Golf Course at the Turnberry Resort. To the south, Parc condos will look down the Intracoastal Waterway towards Sunny Isles and Bal Harbour; and to the north, condos will look up the Intracoastal towards Ft Lauderdale and Golden Isles Lake.
The Condos at The Parc
From the elegant high-speed elevators, each of The Parc condos features its own private, front door elevator foyer. This private luxury is made possible by the limited number of residences per tower- 55 in each to be exact. This small number of condos also allow for more spacious floorplans, with vast open living areas and larger storage space.
