The Community

Since development began in the late 80’s, the world-renowned Trump Group has set out to make the waterfront luxury community of Williams Island the crown jewel in its real estate portfolio. All courts are lighted for evening play, and tennis pros and automatic ball machines are available during the day for practice. In addition men’s, women’s, and youth leagues are available for competition, and the resident tennis concierge provides matchmaking services to set up individual games.

Williams Island Golf Course

For buyers looking for a local golf course to challenge their game, the community is home to the Williams Island Golf Course. The full, 18-hole, 72-par Bermuda course offers players off all handicaps a unique and exciting challenge at every hole. The course also features a clubhouse and snack bar that are open daily and available for private dinners and special events.

Williams Island Marinas and Yacht Club

For boating enthusiast buyers, the Williams Island community houses two full-service marinas: the North Marina on Dumbfound Bay and the larger South Lagoon Marina & Yacht Club on Little Maule Lake. Williams Island marinas are equipped with deepwater slips that can accommodate yachts of up to 120 ft.
