Ocean I of Sunny Isles BeachThe Ocean I LifestyleAs the first tower in the Sunny Isles Beach Ocean series, the Related Group of Florida used Ocean I as the blueprint by which all of the future towers would be developed. The StructureIn designing the Ocean I, the world-renowned Sieger Suarez Partnership put the heart of Miami into their structure. To accentuate the structure’s dynamic, dual-towered, suspended design, a warm deco color palette was mixed with Miami’s signature white-wash. Driving under a spectacular columned porte cochere, residents and guests leave their cars with the waiting valet attendants and enter Ocean I through an expansive three-story grand lobby lying between the two condominium buildings. The Views
